Boot Camp is a group based outdoor training program focused on achieving personal results! It is an 8-week program where you can work through your own goals in strength and fitness while training hard in a team environment.
Can anyone do it?

It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, anyone can participate in Boot Camp! If you do have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions, please be sure to let your trainer know about them before your session.

During the 8 week Boot Camp term, Non-Health Club members can use our health club and participate in all group fitness classes provided they have attended their weekly session. Workout pass will start on 14th October – 7th DecemberTerms and Conditions apply.

Boot Camp is a group based outdoor training program focused on achieving personal results! It is an 8-week program where you can work through your own goals in strength and fitness while training hard in a team environment.

What is involved in the session?

Each Boot Camp week is different. We mix together functional training techniques with resistance equipment to give you the best workout possible.

During Boot Camp, you will familiarise yourself with battle ropes, tyres, sandbags, TRX equipment and resistance bands in a fast pace circuit that mixes high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Tabata and plyometric exercises. These exercises incorporated with our unique beach training sessions and fitness testing sessions makes the hour class more enjoyable to get through!

To celebrate Women’s Health Week in 2019 (1 Sep 2019 – Fri, 6 Sep), join Simone and the team at Coffs Harbour Olympic Pool for a fun and informative afternoon!

Starting at 11:30AM, we will be running a FREE, one and half hour Aqua class with Simone, Myra and Deb Leaney. Simone will take you through the warm-up and then 20 mins of HIIT (high-intensity interval training), Deb Leaney will take you through a 30 min Aqua Zumba session, finishing off with Myra for a more gentle workout aiming to activate the core and stretching positions to finish it off.

When we have finished our Aqua session there is the option to purchase a light lunch, tea and coffee at the kiosk. From 1:30PM there will be a one-hour presentation with a nutritionist and holistic coach, Naomi Joy, and personal trainer, Simone Saunders, on how you can RESET your health with 5 simple steps.

Ever seen this piece of equipment at the gym and wondered how to incorporate it into your workout? They’re called a Bosu ball and they are a great idea to change up your exercises!



1. Toe taps

Lift your knees high while alternating touching the Bosu ball with the tip of your foot.



2. Squat jumps

Start in a side lunge position, and whilst balancing one foot on the Bosu ball and one foot on the floor, push off the ground to move the foot on the ground onto the ball whilst the foot on the ball moves onto the other side of the ball onto the floor. Keep alternating legs.



3. Burpees

Holding the Bosu ball upside down in the straight arm plank position, move your legs to a tucked position, do a standing squat whilst holding the ball. Stand-up and lift the ball above your head. Move the Bosu ball back down to the straight arm plank position, and add a push-up if you’re feeling a challenge! Then repeat.



4. and for an extra challenge… Bosu push-ups!

Grip your fingers on the edge of the Bosu ball upside down. Bend your elbows to lower your entire body into a push-up position, pushing your hand’s weight evenly into the ball. On the way up, push your entire body upwards whilst pulling the ball closer to your body, then land the Bosu ball back on the floor with bent arms and lower back into the push-up position. And repeat!

Your 2019 Active Kids Vouchers are now available to access on your Service NSW Portal.

Each year families are eligible to receive a $100 voucher per child (4.5 -18 years) from the state government to use towards ongoing sports lessons.

Complete the form below to have your voucher used for one of our programs. Once you complete this form, you will receive confirmation that your voucher has been validated and a credit has been applied to your account.

Please note, this may take up to 4 weeks.

Please ensure you list all children and correct voucher numbers as this may delay the time taken to redeem your vouchers. If you have used your voucher for another program it will no longer be valid and therefore can not be used by BlueFit.

How to apply for the Active Kids Vouchers

  1. Visit sport.nsw.gov.au/activekids.Read the Guidelines and Fact Sheets to learn about the program.
  2. Visit service.nsw.gov.au and create or login to your MyServiceNSW Account.
  3. Complete an Active Kids application through your MyServiceNSW Account. You will receive a voucher with a unique ID number for each child you register (available to download, print and email).
  4. Redeem your voucher  – Fill out the form below with your voucher ID number.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Voucher will be redeemed upon enrolment in a perpetual Bluefit Program
  2. As per conditions of Service NSW, the Active Kids voucher must be used for a structured program for a minimum of 8 weeks duration.
  3. The Active Kids Voucher cannot be used for any holiday programs as the program runs for less than 8 weeks
  4. If the child cancels out of their BlueFit program without using up the entire amount of the Active Kids Voucher, the amount will be will stay on as a credit unless the program runs for a fixed term.
  5. Non-attendance in a program does not entitle credits to the voucher.
  6. Under no circumstances is the Active Kids Voucher redeemable for cash. The vouchers are non-refundable or transferable.
